How long does a bond clean take?

The time required can vary depending on several factors such as: the amount of rooms requiring cleaning, the size of the rooms, and the condition of the property.

Do I need to provide any chemicals?

No, we supply and use our own range of commercial grade, environmentally friendly chemicals.

When is payment due?

for bond cleaning and one-offs, an estimate will be provide and 50% of that is due upfront, with the remainder due after service completion.

for on going services, invoices are generated after job completion and payable within 7 days.

Do residential services include repairs/pest control?

Unfortunately the residential services are strictly cleaning only, we can however recommend other businesses that do provide these services.

What if I'm not happy with the service provided?

We strive to always provide the highest quality of cleaning. However if for whatever reason you're unhappy with the services provided, we're more than happy to work with you to come to a solution to ensure your satisfaction.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept: Cash, direct bank transfer and PayPal.

Do you have a bond back guarantee?

Yes, we provide a bond back guarantee which means that if the real estate is not satisfied we'll come back free of charge.

How soon can I book a service?

The more notice the better, however we can do our best to find a suitable time on short notice if required.


Can the service be after hours?

Yes, we are more than happy to provide after hours cleaning.

Can I book an ongoing service?

Yes, we provide personalised cleaning contracts to suit your individual needs.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

We're more than happy to provide all necessary cleaning supplies. However any replenishments (e.g toilet paper, hand towels, bin bags) may incur additional costs.

Is a janitor closet on site required?

No a janitor closet is not required, however access to one is always helpful.

When is payment required?

For one-off services a 50% deposit of the estimate is due upfront, and the remaining after the job is completed.

For on going services monthly invoices are sent out at the start of every month and are payable within that month.
